About us and our journey

TCG was formed in 2017 by Howard Salinger. Known for his extensive travel industry network, he wanted to create a company where people across the industry could connect with media through events, whilst offering a simple PR soluation to SMEs on a limited budget.

As the Covid pandemic hit in 2020, TCG moved all operations into managing online events. We launched the Social with Media programme, which has expanded over 3 years to include a popular monthly webinar and quarterly networking events in London.

As the pandemic continued, more companies came to us for assistance, and we started managing virtual media events for Destination Canada, Israel Tourist Office and the German National Tourist Office to name a few. We were also approached to manage virtual agent roadshows for the likes of Gold Medal, Kerzner International and the AMR Collection.

We soon became known as the virtual events experts!

2022 saw our first Media Getaway event – a travel industry networking event deliberately hosted outside London, bringing travel companies from all over the world together with travel media from across the UK & Ireland. Our event in Manchester was a huge success and we’re looking forward to being in Leeds in 2023.
